We, at WOMN LLC, have observed that the higher compensation and leadership roles within today’s law firms are typically bestowed upon the attorneys bringing in the most revenue through existing and new business. Women attorneys need to be proactive in developing the desired skills to best position themselves for success in their careers. This includes making a commitment to hone their business development skills.
